A restaurant built
on conviction.
Fork & Tumbler started with a simple idea: Lawrence deserved a place that took food seriously without taking itself too seriously. No pretension. No confusing menus. Just honest, well-crafted food made from ingredients people in this town actually grow and raise.
We opened our doors on West 9th Street with a commitment to doing things the way they should be done — from butchering whole animals to foraging local mushrooms, from reducing sauces by hand to sourcing dairy from Kansas farms. It's more work. It's also the only way we know how to do it.
Today, we're still here, still cooking the same way, and still grateful every night that people choose to share a table with us.
